We want you to love your purchase from The Enchanted Hoard. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our straightforward refund and return policy.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for:

  • Items that arrived damaged

  • Items that are defective

  • Items that are unwanted for any reason

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused or lightly used — and in its original packaging (if possible).


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include: your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the damage or defect.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Return Shipping

  • If the item was damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the item is unwanted, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items marked as "final sale" at checkout
