At The Enchanted Hoard, we believe in keeping things simple — which is why shipping is always free, no matter where you are in the world.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Below are our average estimated shipping windows:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • European Union & Great Britain: 5–15 business days

  • All Other Countries: 10–20 business days

We partner with reliable international couriers, but shipping times may be affected by customs, holidays, or unforeseen postal delays.

Tracking Your Order

When available, we’ll provide tracking details via email once your order ships. Some international orders may experience limited tracking visibility once they leave the origin country.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please feel free to contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We cover standard shipping costs, but international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your country.

Please check with your local customs office for more information.

We do not ship to Russia, China, or the Middle East (except Israel).
